Pre-booked a diabetic meal but none was available on Vande Bharat 22415. When I asked for the correct meal or a complaint book, I received an unacceptable response.
Called 139—was told it’s an IRCTC issue.
I’m a diabetic passenger currently onboard.
I will fight to ensure strict regulatory compliance is imposed on delivery apps from GOI and they can not run away from the responsibility, If the restaurant takes 1 hour to tell us that they can not deliver then why do you onboard such kind of restaurant.
