@MyIndusIndBank I have three CASE IDs, all for the same complaint. The issue is never resolved, I paid almost 50000 joining fee for a credit card only to see 0 reward points. Should complain to ombudsman. Case ID- 60046594, 60120807, 57951338. Look at this BS reply, justcreditit.
