@Make_It_Right @schluterNA The real issue was the size of the space, I'm 6.ft, whole bathroom is only 4ft wide, thank goddess for the hand hold rude that is solid & 3 foot wide, but still I could not get up, super bruised. Love snacking.

Best thing I needed was 911. Finally called by 0700.
I'm worth the help. 5 guys, 10 minutes, up & on my feet. Back in bed, flat. So sore

Right now I'm learning how to walk again from my sciatica
I had to be picked up yesterday after trying to get up off the floor 4 hours. I'm super soft tissue bruised. I won't ever feel like I'm unworthy to ask for help again

I've lost almost 30lbs in the month I've been down with the Sciatica.
I don't metabolize as well.
I also don't have the capacity I did.
That being said, I won't make Ken ever have to deal with that again.
I hate using 911, but it was so much more effective.

Had to call 911. Fell somehow this morning I couldn't get up. Took 5 guys to get me up. Ken tried, should have stayed in bed. Sugar was 500. It all has a rational explanation now. I haven't been eating well. I sweeten everything with sweet n Low, but Ken uses Sugar in the raw.

So when they asked if I was diabetic, the answer was a resounding No, that I'm normally between 105 -110, I forgot to tell them about dinner, I forgot to tell them about my sweet n Low preference. But not only was my sugar super high, my blood pressure was all over the place.
