-Having more is better. It reduces the need to escalate force.
-Clearly you've never tried to cuff someone. It's easier to do if you beat TF out of them, but the public tends to frown on that so "muscling techniques" are used.

@DanPatrick No. This isn't needed. I was a police officer for 9 years around Dallas. Not once did I make an arrest of someone doing something bad while high on weed/THC. Lots of alcohol arrests though.

@VivekGRamaswamy @SenMikeLee I was a logistics officer for an Army hospital. One day I had my own appointment and noticed I was answering the same questions on paper over and over. I did some research and calculated one hospital was spending 30K a month on paper!
