Yesterday, I had the honour of commissioning two newly completed road projects in Ejigbo: the Ejigbo–Iwo (Iwata Boundary) Road, Phases I & II, and the Ejigbo–Isoko–Oguro Boundary Road, Phases I & II. I also flagged off rehabilitation of Phases III & IV of the Ejigbo–Ilawo–Iwo Road.
These projects are another testament to our administration’s unwavering commitment to delivering quality infrastructure that improves lives, enhances connectivity, and drives economic growth across Osun State.
I am deeply grateful to the Ogiyan of Ejigboland, HRM Oba Omowonunola Oyeyode Oyesosin, and the good people of Ejigbo for their warm reception, prayers, and overwhelming support. Together, we will continue to build a greater Osun where no community is left behind.

Today, I had the honour of commissioning the LAMECO Flyover Bridge in Osogbo, another landmark project delivered by our administration through a local content policy that empowers our indigenous engineers, contractors and suppliers while ensuring world-class quality.
This bridge marks the beginning of the commissioning of several completed mega projects across Osun State by our administration. From roads and bridges to health, education and water infrastructure, we remain committed to rebuilding our state with transparency, equity and without mortgaging the future of generations yet unborn.
I appreciate the Ataoja of Osogbo, HRM Oba Jimoh Oyetunji Larooye II, for his kind words and unwavering support for the development of Osogbo. I urge all residents to protect this public asset and continue to work with us as we build a Greater Osun together.

Was in Osun State for two days and with the developments I saw compared to the last time I went there, it will take more than rigging for APC’s candidate to beat Ademola Adeleke in next month’s governorship elections.
Every single POS operator, Bikeman, taxi and korope bus driver I had the opportunity to engage about his chances said he’s coming back.
I did underestimate him to be honest. Shows you can be playful “dancing governor” and still do your job.

The woman selling akara is not praying for her kids to take over the business. She wants to give her child an education that helps him compete in this world.
It is one thing to be overtly stupid. It is another to be heartless.
Tonight, I strongly condemn the reported abduction of Mr. Kasumu Simiyu, Treasurer of Accord Ward 07, Ilesa East Local Government, and Mr. Dagunduro Iyiola, an Accord member, following a violent attack at Value Mall, Okesa, Ilesa, carried out by APC armed thugs led by Lucifer and Lasisi. The assailants arrived in a branded Toyota Sienna vehicle associated with APC leader and aspirant Hon. Kujenbola. Video recordings of the incident are also said to have been captured by individuals present at the scene. I call on the Presidency @NGRPresident@officialABAT, @NGRSenate, Inspector-General of Police, Olatunji Rilwan Disu @TunjiDisu1, psc(+), NPM @PoliceNG and @PoliceNG_CRU, the Director-General of the Department of State Services (DSS) @OfficialDSSNG, Adeola Ajayi, the National Security Adviser, Nuhu Ribadu @NuhuRibadu, and all relevant security agencies to immediately conduct a thorough, impartial investigation and ensure that anyone found responsible, regardless of status or political affiliation, is brought to justice.

VIDEO🚨: “I watched them kill my husband before my eyes,” says the wife of slain Accord member, Aderogba, as she recounts the tragic events surrounding his death in Esa-Oke.
Governor Ademola Adeleke has demanded justice, condemning the incident and raising concerns over escalating political violence in Osun State.
This is a Presidential Spokesperson. He just said on National TV that he doesn’t see the hunger Nigerians are complaining about thereby dismissing people’s sufferings. This is one of the incompetent people appointed by @officialABAT to advise him. @aonanuga1956 , Agbalagba niyin o, is this the legacy you want to leave behind? A legacy of lies and deceit.
Today, I visited the family of late Ezekiel Olapade, a 14 years old boy who was gruesomely murdered by opposition’s political thugs and also met with survivors of Sunday attack. My heart goes out to the bereaved family and all those affected by this senseless act of violence. No life should be lost because of politics, and I pray that God grants the family the strength to bear this painful loss.
Let it be clear: Osun people cannot be intimidated, silenced, or forced into submission through violence. Those who seek power must do so through the ballot, not through bloodshed. No amount of brigandry can diminish the resolve of our people or weaken our collective commitment to democracy and peaceful coexistence.
Again, I have directed security agencies to ensure that those responsible are arrested and prosecuted. Justice must prevail. We will continue to stand for peace, defend the rights of our people, and remain focused on delivering good governance. By the grace of God and with the support of the people, we shall overcome every challenge and move Osun forward together to the highest possible level.
Once again, the law enforcement agencies should reign in on Mr Igboho before it is too late. He has restarted the rhetorics that he started during the Buhari administration and even threatening to extrajudicially terminate people. The only difference is that, he has continued to namedrop President Tinubu and the Presidency has never disown/deny him. The Presidency has disowned many people but not Mr Igboho.
What we need right now is the security operatives to stand up to their duties and arrest the security situation in the Country. Non State actors taking over security apparatuses only leads to one thing; chaos! If Mr Igboho has information, he should work with the law enforcement agencies and stop being a law onto himself. No region has ever succeeded with Non state actors behaving this way.
