And not accepting reviews on bad items. On the selected good items you guys removed the review and on bad items you are not accepting reviews.

I have referred around 7 people in Ajio and they all have completed their orders. But the wallet is still showing 0 in my wallet and they get 100 in their wallet.
My wallet should be 1050 but there are 0.
What kind of refer and earn campaign you are performing.
@AjioCares As mentioned over DM too, one of the people in the referral list ordered 1 and half months ago and his order was delivered. I already have a ticket for the same too but no solution just closed by your team. He ordered in april and now may month has passed. Feeling fraud service

Raised a complaint on 20 May regarding internet issues on my just installed Jio AirFiber(₹807 plan). On 22 May, the complaint was marked as resolved,but no technician visited and contacted me,and the issue still exists. is this how complaints are resolved?
@JioCare I didn't see any working process. A week has passed but you guys are still playing with tickets. Sometimes you open or reopen the same and mark it resolved or closed automatically.
@JioCare It has been one week, no one visited and no one fixed my issue. I am just asking for help and you guys just create a ticket and on the next day marking it closed without giving any solution. I already asked for an engineer visit to fix but it has been more than 6 times of ticket.
@JioCare I also replied that "Ticket has been reopened more than 4 times by saying the same. But again it will be marked resolved automatically without doing anything ".
This type of service i am getting from jio.
@JioCare Multiple times explained over call and text chat. Still you want me to write again? Also, sufficient bandwidth is not enough someone have to check if everything is okay from your end. Then why it is not working and fluctuating?
