Hello again @vladtenev and @DanGallagher. So what’s Robinhood’s answer?

You claim to “support” the SEC’s new rules on Stock Tokenization efforts, as they apply in the United States.

Internationally, are you going to respect those same principals as laid out be the SEC?

Or shame, shame, shame, will your off-shore operation in far-off Jersey be a sleazy bastardization that makes a total mockery of what the SEC has demanded as being the right thing to do?

@darkside2030 I forgot to add the Creature from Jekyll Island. My bad.

@darkside2030 Do you believe the Atlas Shrugged moment will happen? Read Atlas Shrugged, The Law by Bastiat, 1984, and Animal farm. Tie the inflection points together and see where we are today.

Webull could lose 28 million customers - 85% of them in the U.S. as the company has been found to be linked to China's communist government.

[The Butcher of Wall Street | Marcel Kalinovic @BossBlunts1]

🚨 WEBULL COULD LOSE ITS ABILITY TO OPERATE AS A BROKER-DEALER IN THE U.S. — 28 Million user's personal info is at risk.

A bipartisan House committee says Webull is “tied in structural ways” to the People’s Republic of China 🇨🇳 including its:
🔥 Ownership structure
🔥 Technology infrastructure
🔥 Technical workforce
🔥 Cross-border data routing
🔥 Corporate financing
🔥 Compliance framework

The committee says those connections create a national-security risk to the U.S. financial system and potentially expose American customer data to Chinese laws and government demands.

⚠️ Webull itself warns in its SEC filings that suspension or expulsion by its regulators could result in the broker-dealer’s liquidation.

This congressional investigation is now raising questions about its regulatory standing in the United States which is an existential issue for the company.

Forget the stock price for a second. If regulators ultimately determine Webull cannot satisfy U.S. broker-dealer requirements, the ability to operate its American brokerage is what could be on the line leading to a full-blown liquidation of the brokerage👀

Hey there @vladtenev and @DanGallagher: My voice will stay loud. You supported the SEC on U.S. stock tokens. They must carry voting rights, and companies can opt out. How hypocritical of Robinhood if not adopting those same principals offshore. Don’t spit in the face of the SEC.

IMHO we’ve passed the point of no return. US is in a Regulatory Crisis where Wall Street & Washington keep supporting the status quo. The self-regulatory experiment in finance is a failure.
