We are currently dealing with a legal discourse prompting this action. While we cannot discuss or reveal the specifics of the case as the same is sub-judice before the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi. However, what can be emphasized upon is that there is a much larger issue at stake here –

It's Shameful For the whole Tech Industry - A Negative PR against a tech creator !
I never thought I’d see the day when money would be spent not on improving a product but on trying to damage a creator’s reputation.

They tried multiple ways to get promotional coverage from me. I declined because I had trust concerns & many people already know that. I simply did my job honestly & shared what I found.

If the brand disagreed, that’s their choice.

But now I am seeing coordinated attempts to push a false narrative around Gyan Therapy along with multiple posts targeting me personally.

Honestly I have one question ?
What exactly do you gain from this?

People know me because of my work, not because of any manufactured narrative. Reputation built over years cannot be erased by a few sponsored attacks.

What disappoints me the most is seeing personal attacks extend beyond me and even include my family. That is a line that should never be crossed.

If someone believes this pressure, negativity or character assassination will make me stop speaking honestly - they are mistaken.
I have always tried to do my work with integrity and I will continue to do so.

Also, I don't think tech community asked (atleast thats what I think) for clarification or a platform for explanation.
In my view blanket legal notices/cases on creators is wrong in every way. There is no justification to this.

I have always believed that independent opinions and reviews are important both for consumers and brands and help in evolution of the whole industry with better products,clear messaging and smarter consumers

Been following all this drama for few weeks now.
I have tried to refrain away from it as it doesn’t involve me.
But it’s time to speak up.

Brands : Build the best possible products from their pov.
Tech Community: Voice out what the feel about few products that they decide to try from their pov.

It’s a pov,
Nothing personal.
If there is a conflict in opinion and if brands feel feel it’s not just and right the way a journalist or creator has put it out there ,
Best way is to pick up the phone and talk it out.
Not in court.

IMO that’s a better way.
Doing all this drama just drains energy.

Energy should be put in the right places.
Time is limited for all of us in this world.

Make positive impact with it.
Not negative.

Atención a la que se está liando en India con el tema análisis, libertad de expresión y una empresa muy joven que busca ganar cuota de mercado en India, cueste lo que cueste.

La empresa se llama AI+.

Presuntamente serían diseños y teléfonos de marca blanca chinos. Además, de nuevo, presuntamente, con una calidad bastante cuestionable en varios apartados.

Hay medios y youtubers mencionando esos detalles y la empresa, cuyo CEO es Madhav Sheth (ex realme), ha sacado a pasear a los abogados y han denunciado a varios youtubers por difamación. El juez, sin escuchar a ambas partes, ha dado la razón a la empresa.

Los creadores de contenido tienen prohibido publicar contenido que pueda dañar la reputación de AI+ Smartphones y de su fundador, Madhav Sheth.

En abril, Motorola India consiguió que 17 canales de YouTube recibieran una orden judicial similar.
