@zeptocares Didn't get any resolution over call it's very frustrating.. and waste of time escalating the issue over social media platforms, last time I've ordered eggs, out of which nearly all eggs had minor crakes and 5-6 pcs were completely damaged. During chat also no human response rcvd

@Swiggy @SwiggyCares new scam on swiggy, restaurant will cancel the order, will initiate your refund but it will never get credited in your account. Then keep visiting your bank as per Swiggy whereas they should be the one resolving it. Happened on 27 july, still no resolution.
