Something to keep in mind in the discussion of organ harvesting is that it changes the incentives of the hospital and medical professionals. Why would you do your best to save 1 patient when you can let them die and their organs can save 5 other people AND you'll get paid a lot of money for the organs you sell.

Organ harvesting is a profitable industry and there have been cases of people waking up just before harvest and begging not to be killed and the organ harvest company reps were still trying to get doctors to go through with it. Also many cases where possible signs of life were ignored. This is just what is known and confirmed about the industry AKA the times they were caught. Imagine how often it must be happening if those are just the times they didn't completely get away with it.

The United Arab Emirates are against having their citizens study abroad in your country because they fear your colleges inspiring Islamic extremism and terrorism.

Imagine if a European country said they don't want their students studying in Japan because the colleges there have been encouraging white supremacists to form lynch mobs and murder asian families in the street. Point still stands. Even if this second image is taken in the worst possible light for Trump, it still demonstrates that the US is a bastion of free speech. The guy was never arrested for flipping off Trump. Trump is under no obligation to like somebody who flips him off, but he never abused the authority of his office to have the guy arrested.

Freedom of speech is the fundamental bedrock of what it means to be an American. You can hold any opinion you want, disagree with literally anyone, and even insult the most powerful man in the world to his face and you will not be arrested for it.

Name any dictatorship/authoritarian state/etc. where somebody could flip off the supreme leader/king/etc and not end up arrested or dead by the end of the day.

This video is horrific...because the rioters weren't arrested. Even doing your best to hide the context, it still shows she was getting aggressively in his face while he was trying to back up and and put some distance between them. If someone is backing away from you and you keep following them to get in their face, it is 100% self defense when they shove you away.
