@British_Airways cancelled another trip planned months in advance with 3 days notice! Going on 5 or 6 trips like this now, in advance many months! Absolutely awful service!

@IKEAUKSupport Have placed an order that got delivered to the wrong location, and once I managed to retrieve it items in it were smashed. Tried to call Customer Support as chats are closed, but apparently lines are too busy and my call got hung up. Please resolve this.
