@EurekaForbes Same problem erupts once again on my Nrich water purifier. The hard plastic back panel is cracking and the purifier will fall off the wall anytime. Kindly have the same replaced at the earliest. This machine is under AMC. Design is poor. Continued...

@EurekaForbes continued....The back panel should be made of metal instead of plastic. The ST2000 model earlier used lasted for 20 plus years. Nrich model may not last so much.
