Agentforce Coworker was able to pull together and navigate our complex sales and erp data to answer questions that just yesterday would have been 45-60 mins of swivel chairing between screens and systems to even try to figure out.
holy shit, i just got Coworker setup in 20 mins and its like really freaking good.... like this is insane...
i did NOT expect it to actually work this well, or at all tbh...
(we have 1300 custom objects, so the fact that it came up with this and the answers to all of the Qs here are not using standard order and product objects at all and it used the right custom objects its insane...)
The fact that it understood the type of parts and called them watejet parts is contextual info it derived, none of them even say waterjet or have a field saying they are.
I thought @SlackHQ Slackbot was powerful with salesforce data… this is next level.
I just enabled it for half our organization to test out in production.

The @beehiiv API restricts draft posts to only the enterprise plan. This locks out smaller creators from being able to automate content workflows. I can name at least 3 competitors that don’t have this same restriction, and I would hate to migrate. thoughts?

Let customers self pay on a standard web page
Don’t restrict support experiences behind AI, as it directs us to social media to get support

it looks like your AI chatbot seems to be dropping the pass to a real human being. There is no other support link on your website of who to contact for payment, I’m stuck in an infinite void talking to myself (the AI ignores me too after a failed pass), in which I’m trying to give yall money. The payment page doesn’t load anywhere on the account after updating my billing, it tries to, then just stops and I’m redirected to the AI. Social media sounds like a great next step to try to pay. I know a certain AI chatbot (cough @agentforce) yall could implement on your website. Since I can’t get to your payment page, is this where I offer my services to fix your chat routing in lieu of payment? 😆

What a fun and educational @salesforce@tableau@MuleSoft@SlackHQ user group in Boston last night. Over 200 RSVPs for the user group with a great check in rate. 9 degree weather wasn’t stopping anyone. Definitely need to do more #OneSalesforceCommunity events.
