@DellCares Now the $3000 computer is a paperweight. Support isn't responding except once every 2-3 days and I'm really at the end of my rope. The computer hasn't performed correctly since day 1 when I had to send it for Depot repair 15 days in.

@DellCares I'm having problems with a brand new Alienware M18 R2. There have been 4 repair attempts including 2 motherboard replacements and the problem still remains, the system crashes apps and OS frequently and repeatably, and support doesn't have any solutions.

@DellCares The machine was off since the last repair attempt, I wanted to try running another test and today I find that it won't power on or charge and give 1 Blue/4 red blinks if you press the power button. Temporarily disconnecting the battery didn't help.

@intel needs to own up to the defects in the mobile SKUs of in the 13th and 14th generation notebook CPUs, esp. the 14900HX which people are paying a premium for and getting a thoroughly defective, crashing, BSODing, and overheating which mirrors the defects in desktop SKUs
