@Safaricom_Care I have called 400 for the 2 hours, it goes unanswered, just being kept on the damn "answering machine" for upto 10 minutes in some instances.

In Southlands Estate in Langata),our transformer was sparking yesterday from 1pm then lights started flickering the whole afternoon into the night (bulbs were blowing up and equipment damaged). The lights finally went off this morning.
Issue was reported to KPLC customer care and a reference number given but till now,nothing has been done, not even your emergency team reporting to site to trouble shoot.
We're told it's the Nairobi West office that is supposed to attend but they pretend like they're unaware.
@KenyaAirports I need to commend a gentleman from the cleaning company at JKIA stationed at the parking adjacent to terminal 1A. His name is Dominic. He is doing quiet a commendable job,he's honest and offering very good customer service and experience. Reward him ๐๐๐
