@MeenakshiSark11@ManipalCigna@mediassistist The third-party TPA process can sometimes be a major hurdle in claim approvals. I would suggest consulting an expert to review your case thoroughly and then resubmitting it. @themahavir may be able to guide you better in this matter. @ManipalCigna kindly assist.
@_amitchhabra Thank you for your response. I would like to update you that my wife’s policy renewal date is 21st March. As I am adding her to my policy and my renewal date is approaching on 7th March, I would be grateful for your advice on the next steps.
Dear @policybazaar
Request you to kindly provide an update on this matter.
My renewal date is approaching, would appreciate if this could be reviewed on priority.
@themahavir Agreed but suppose a routine health check shows mildly high TSH without diagnosis and medication then how should someone answer a strict yes or no medical question. Saying yes feels like accepting a thyroid disorder while saying no feels like hiding something. Your opinion ?
@themahavir As someone working in claims, I can say this is very important.
Many people answer “No” by default when asked at renewal.
If the insurer specifically asks about new medical conditions, disclosure is essential.
Also, maintain proper medical records, necessary when asked.
