"We can master present and future challenges with technological innovations, creativity, knowledge, and cultural openness; in summary, by the advancement of our collective human capital."

“Science is a lingua franca for humankind in exploring and expanding the frontiers of human knowledge. It is international in nature, and it creates a scientific community across borders, values that extend beyond the limits of science itself. This is particularly important to emphasise in times of division, polarisation and conflict.”
Astrid Söderbergh Widding, chair of the board of the Nobel Foundation, opened this year’s Nobel Prize award ceremony with words of hope.

"The most compelling evidence that we urgently need to transform our current economic structures is the fact that the Earth is inherently an ecological system.
It is irrational to think that we can indefinitely build societies that continuously extract resources without incorporating socio-ecological interdependencies for the creation of competitive business models.
The geopolitical, demographic, socio-cultural, and environmental imbalances that we're experiencing are the result of incomplete and short-term-focused economic concepts that do not acknowledge the need to preserve, restore, and enhance our ecosystems.
In this regard, technology and foresight provide organizations with fundamental tools to compensate losses and develop strategies that ensure a regenerative and prosperous future for all of humanity."

I honestly struggled to order this list because people somehow connect things that are not supposed to be connected. It's really interesting to experience this. Anyway, take a look!
I never thought this type of abuse could ever be possible and that a whole society would turn a blind eye, worse, that it would enable it, at the expense of damaging the life of a young and highly talented Caribbean woman.
I'm deeply hurt and very disappointed. I know this will pass, and I would like us all as a society to heal and repair our human bonds.
We cannot continue "progressing" while abusing the most vulnerable around us. It's just not right; we can do better, we will do better. 🙏🏽🌟
So, to conclude, life is beautiful, and everybody should have the same right to live it fully and accomplish all that is possible for the greater glory of God and the advancement of our human species. 🌟
I also think that on one hand, the harassers have their agendas, but on the other hand, people, we all have issues that sometimes we aren't fully aware of.
For example, seeing a Black Caribbean woman being successful in the heart of Europe and in the world is a real issue for some people.
I think that requires certain sensitivity to life and our human nature itself.
We all deserve respect and opportunities to grow both as a person and a professional.
Thank you.
