@WinC_Gaming @XboxP3 I find it odd that @XboxP3 has claimed on many occasions that he wants to see better game preservation across the industry, yet Doom Dark Ages (among others) are shipping without a playable game on the disc.
Practice what you preach and you might get my money again.

@moethelawn76 Tricky was always my favourite of the series. I can’t believe @EA abandoned the series. I’d looove to see a new one, with the technology advances we have now with PS5/XSX… But first, a proper remake of Tricky from the ground up to look amazing, and be as awesome as it always was

@insomniacgames Not that I’m a Spider-Man addict, who bought it on PS4, then for PS5 along with Miles Morales. Then bought them yet again for PC so I could play them on #SteamDeck when we lived in hospital for eight months. Got to admit, those games helped me through some pretty rough times.

@insomniacgames Finally 😊 Still shocked it wasn’t there day 1. I’ve been waiting to get back into the game after completing it - would love (lots of) DLC too 😂
Still, at least the wait has given me an excuse to go back and play the first two games for the god knows how many dozenth time.

@CommodoreBlog None….. yet. I still have all 100 odd systems from when I started with a Pong TV game in the 70’s.
But, since my son was born, I’m seriously considering selling off the majority of it, including some my rarest systems and games.
They’re just collecting dust now, which is a shame

So long as the companies keep turning a profit to continue making the games, that’s what really matters.

@swooper_d Personally, I don’t give two hoots about ‘console wars’, I’m only interested in the games. I generally buy all systems, as it’s the only way to get to all of the games I want. More games in one place is just fine by me, it’s less hardware to buy.

@swooper_d Considering how Xbox has been performing the past couple of generations it probably makes sense financially for them to publish on other systems.
I wouldn’t be surprised if they eventually exit the hardware market, or at least make their next system just a gateway to cloud gaming

Being told your child won’t make it through the night is the worst sentence I’ve ever had the misfortune to hear, but to hear it 5 times, just bloody hell.

I’m ready to share just why the development and support for my software crawled to a grinding halt for the past, almost 10 months. I apologise for it, but this took precedence.

To all the consultants, surgeons, doctors, specialist medical teams, nurses, auxiliary’s, students, domestics, charities and everyone else at @RIE_Lothian who were, and still are involved in Johns journey… Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We are forever in your debt.

And yes, I was prepared to stand outside the hospital, in the cold with a sign to say just that, had the strikes gone ahead.
I’d also like to say thanks to our families who provided endless support throughout our whole journey and made our lives that little bit more bearable.
