@Flohairs Nigeria should have been a loose federation, loose democracy, but they've all blended together for obvious reasons. We now see all of them as one.
The only state that stands far apart is Abia state and it's clear in its execution.

@Flohairs In my opinion, the reason no one thinks about the state government is because, as of now, there is literally no autonomy of the state and local from the federal govt. Same with the legislative and judiciary arms of govt. They are all now almost one with the federal.
