Received random pop up on iPhone today saying Alarmed app by @yoctoville was suddenly logged out. Rebooted and found no reminders in the app. Can’t restore from numerous backups (error), no way to contact support about this. Frustrated...

@yoctoville my back up is in iCloud and so when I try to restore it it sends me to the FAQ page to take multiple steps to restore my back up. But it is not clear on those steps and nothing is working.
