Your security that was supposed to “walk” us down from the tent area was SO unprofessional and put everyone at risk. People were trampled on, my child was pushed and stepped on! All while he laughed!!

@Ask_Spectrum What is happening with my service in Southwest Austin?! Fro 3 days, off and on, off and on. Now it’s literally every other minute. Trust me, I’ve rebooted so many times it’s ridiculous. The app says you’ve been working on an outage since yesterday.

@Ask_Spectrum Here we go again! Come on Spectrum! How do you expect me to run my business when your internet service drops out way too often? What is the issue? Shouldn’t service work consistently? I don’t have this issue with any other utility-It’s a beautiful, sunny day!
