BREAKING: Tomorrow is Warren Buffett's last day as CEO of Berkshire Hathaway.
Buffett took the stock from $19/share in 1965 to $750,000/share today, up +3,950,000%.
Congratulations to the best investor of all time.
Nobody wants to talk about risk until after the fact. One thing I've learned here over the past month or so.
Nobody wants to hear about tightening up a strategy, looking for reversal trades or judging risk by its cover.
Risk is always a sliding scale. I've said this for years. If you're up 50% or more on a trade in a few weeks time it doesn't warrant piling in with even more. It warrants reducing exposure until the majority of the profit is realized.
Its always a lot easier to come back in a situation where you "missed out" on a little upside then it is trying to dig yourself out of the hole of "shoulda, Woulda, Coulda"
