@HollyConrad I bought my first electric rice cooker in my 40's. It is amazing how much I wished I had bought one in my 20's. Simplifying a good staple food, to a 3 minute prep, and the press of a button, and have it turn out perfect was a life changer. More time for other things I enjoy.
