@pnkrtn_@JaceThings Good eye. The taller x-height (or shorter cap height, depending on how you look at it) is the most prominent distinguishing detail -- "A bit off" is exactly how it should seem!
@David_Rudnick I think what we're seeing the Twitter comparison is just video compression on top of film grain. If you look at the STILLS on the criterion site, it's much more obviously grain: https://t.co/c1XSrOf0Jx

For those of you saying, "you can't do pop music, you're a graphic designer," I'd like to remind you that (a) not anymore b/c ChatGPT is the only graphic designer now, and (b) I have a 2004 Virginia Music Award for "Best Pop"
We graphic designers had a good run. Happy to leave it to the talented AI engines from now on — the more I see of their work the more I feel like the craft is in good hands going forward. I'm now pivoting to a more stable career path, making pop music.
@michaeltfang Hmm, for some reason I can't see what your tweet says or links to, but the point I'm is, AI can't write songs yet so that's why I'm going to make pop music instead of graphic design. I'm sure your reply was just to agree with me.
For context, I tried to be a pop star in my 20s (here's me dancing on a dock). Back then it was hard to market music & I failed. But now I'm reading there are lots of easy ways to get millions of streams on spotify for only a modest sum. Cool!
