My girlfriend has this complain

I have a complaint to make.
I purchased a Redmi 15c on the 3rd of November 2025 from yisab communications and in less than 6 months on the 29th of April 2026 the screen went blank during a call for no reason. 1/1 @Xiaomi

I took it back to my place of purchase on 30th of April 2026 , and the operators tagged it to be a factory error and instead of a replacement as none of this was my fault or due to a fall.
the phone was taken from me with the aim of it being sent back to the factory

and I didn't get it returned until 2nd of June 2026 even after I had to make a deposit of 2000 naira for so claimed logistics despite my phone being on warranty .

It's exactly 14days after that why is my phone hanging?
Why don't I have a smooth running phone
