@KenyaPower_Care I called your office in the morning and was told the matter was being attended to from 10am, as in replacing a faulty fuse or something, I called 2 more times and here I am at 7pm doing the usual. Must you always put us on the rails with immense losses to act?
@KenyaPower_Care it's becoming a norm that every time my area experiences an outage your office at Mbale will not act on it until we wail and beg and kneel for you to even think about it and then we will make rounds to your office and beg and follow up until you feel like it!!
