My therapist and I agreed that I’d be away from SM platforms for 6 months which should be end of June I cheated and went to take a peak. Yho ha.a I’m so overwhelmed. I’m going back to our agreement 😭😭

Had my last therapy session on the 30/11/2023. My therapist and I agreed I’d take time out to decide if I still want to continue in 2024, I still haven’t decided.
