It’s that, the home invasion, stealing an old lady’s dog, jumping on people in the street etc. compounded that are really pushing the boundaries of what’s acceptable.

Should he just be left alone in the hopes that he’ll learn one day? He needs to understand and it seems that nothing has worked so far, so it needs escalation

People’s homes are not places that you can simply decide to walk into as and when you fancy. He might just be sitting there, which is still unacceptable (1/2)

It’s shocking behaviour and that is not a precedent we want setting.

If anything, the publicity will just boost him and he'll simply shrug those fines off as an ‘investment'. His actions should not be tolerated and merit meaningful consequence.
