When I first started working with TJ in Jan of 2017. He was 180lbs., benching 185lbs for 0 reps and running 4.6 forties. Now he is 230lbs, benching 225lbs for 17 reps and running 4.5 forties. His rate of force development which measure your explosive strength has grown so much 😀
