@adoptedstorks @4ofusnow Awww that’s really tough, these feelings are hard. Do you feel like resentful towards her or the whole situation? Do you think you would feel the same if Pickle hurt her? X
@fosterdadkeith@emmalgsutton@KittyTrill Yes, I agree with you. But if it’s people making comments, rather than actual rules then it’s really hard to have complete consistency, even though we should. I completely agree that the different food expectations here is really confusing.
@emmalgsutton@KittyTrill In that case, vent away! I think I am probably to solutions orientated so sorry if that came over as uncaring. I think we all agree that these rules are baffling and confusing, let alone for the kids!
@KittyTrill@emmalgsutton I am exactly the same and keep myself up at night about similar things, it’s very hard when you can’t solve all their worries.
@emmalgsutton@KittyTrill No, I understand that, but it’s probably impossible to get to a point where everything is fair, or seems fair. I was only concerned that you seem to be getting very anxious (which I understand) but the reality in School is that there are bound to be mistakes and discrepancies :/
@emmalgsutton My guess would be that it’s just that one MTA imposing her personal view, rather than an official rule. I remember this a lot from when my older two were at primary!
@4ofusnow @adoptedstorks And his brother (usually the victim) understandably does not usually accept it and will sometimes demand I retrieve apologies that I know will never come. That’s very hard! I end up cross with him then which I feel terrible about 😩
And if eldest and DD fight... you can imagine!
@DoIIymarie@AquilaPipp1e Hahahaha! My middle son tried to give him a talking to but there was zero remorse! He’s only Little though (she says hopefully!!!)
