@EalingCouncil I had people come today to fix my internal plumbing issues. This is the mess they’ve left outside and damaged the communal water supply box whilst investigating the issue. Who is to fix this now? I also have cctv footage of them if needed.

@EalingCouncil I’m trying to get ahold of the repairs team. As usual, I’m on hold for 20min plus and can’t use the online portal as my option isn’t available for what I need repaired! It’s so infuriating trying to get through to someone! I’d like to make a complaint please.

I’m fed up of having to call and wait 30-40mins to get through. Can someone help with this please? Bearing in mind, I have live wires hanging out the ceiling and no working fire alarm in the property. It’s been 6 weeks since the initial repair was reported.
