@BCBSIL can you explain why my BCBSIL app says that CVS is in-network, but when I called to find out why an rx isn't covered I was told "oh the app is for medical"? Your customers do not differentiate between "medical" rx and "pharmacy" rx. What new insurance shell game is this?

@cvspharmacy why does the CVS app say that I can't receive a delivery because I'm too far from the CVS/it's not a residential address/outside the state? I live less than five miles away from the pharmacy. CVS delivered to me last week.

@thriftycars I was charged for insurance coverage that I said I didn't want. I called the 800 number & was told that error cannot be fixed on the phone, & I have to drive back to the airport and get a new rental. That's a 45 minute drive for an employee's error. Can you assist?
