Today is the day I step down from the Kuma Community Team. It's been an honor to serve you during the last years. From the very beginning, I felt that Kuma Inu was a special project, a feeling that has only grown stronger over time. A project abandoned by its creator as a way of handing it over to the community. A place where you can help and be part of something greater without controlling it. A safe harbor built by people like you and me to shelter future generations. An arena where you can test yourself and strengthen your soul. An idea that endures thanks to those who keep the flame alive. A forge in which to learn the art of kintsugi. A decentralized company led, cared for, and sustained by the community. A workshop that teaches you to appreciate the peace and beauty of wabi-sabi. A unique story being written day by day.

Over the past few years, the community’s joint efforts have helped keep Kuma Inu alive. We have worked to strengthen security, implemented structures for the project, and maintained a positive decentralized spirit through our debates and votes in the DAO. Always with the great Kuma Whitepaper as a blueprint. There is still work to be done, and I wish you all great determination and encouragement to keep moving forward.

I want to say that I deeply respect everyone in the Team and their efforts for the project. I can confirm that I've learned a lot from them. At the same time I must also admit that I have also acquired valuable knowledge from the community. While I hope that my efforts may have helped Kuma at least a bit towards its decentralized route, I can confirm that thanks to everyone I've met I'm leaving with a bag packed of knowledge.

I'm confident that the team remains formed by reliable people who truly care for Kuma Inu, and the community by members who understand the importance of establishing proper foundations with patience.

I will keep supporting Kuma Inu.

Thousands of new tokens are created daily. Most last just a few hours, many survive only a few days, some manage to stay afloat for a few months, a few reach a year, and just a handful are able to stay alive for multiple years.

Many of those that fall early were simply designed for that outcome. Others really try to build utility, but fail for different reasons. This harsh ecosystem is unforgiving.

Kuma Inu was born in 2021 and has stayed alive and on track for 4+ years. We took the hardest blow from the bear market, yet we keep pushing forward. With the eye on security and community-power, we're steadily building the MVP of the ecosystem.

The key to Kuma Inu's resilience lies in a combination of a strong vision of decentralization, a committed community, and a focus on the long-term.
