I have been disqualified from KAC, and my fellow American DDR players, HAMBONES, MARQQQ, and NAT8, have been too. Last week, each of us received emails from Konami asking us to explain our KAC entries because they were in jeopardy of being invalidated. I explained our situation to them and made it known that the rules for entry this year were set up in a way that made it impossible for any non-Japanese player to submit a valid entry. I've included the email transcripts below for full transparency.

I hope that next year Konami doesn't plan to give us the same runaround, but if they do, I sincerely hope they save us all the trouble and just say KAC is Japan-only from the beginning.

@elimieralanegra Everytime I see the '..but we all do drugs!' take, joking or not, it seems like it usually comes from limited experience with homelessness/poverty. Not to mention pocket change in the hands of someone desperate could make them resort to unsafe consumption (used needles, etc.)
