The real challenge is when the client starts throwing out things like:
“We just want a Polycom on the table”
“We want the Crestron on the lectern, not the wall”

These separate the consultative folks in the AV industry from those that are just order takers.

@PKaudiovisual Tariffs only work when a local alternative is cheaper b/c it is not taxed. We deal with this all the time when trying to import Crestron, Extron, Harman, Biamp, etc into countries in Latin America, Africa, etc. It’s a penalty for using foreign products paid by their own people.
