@helenrender78 I spoke to him yesterday and did mention it! That was our last scheduled call as they would all be on study leave now, but Joe knows that if he needs anything at all I am on the end of my email and very happy to call anytime, even if we just chat about running and weather!

@helenrender78 Morning Helen, there have been connectivity issues with the website which is why we retweeted their advice - I can only suggest trying first thing in the morning when the website traffic may be quieter? I will call Joe today to see if there's been any progress with it.
