@PocketTripod thanks for this follow up survey asking which size adapter I use. I can't respond to it because the largest, 12.5mm adaper used with my old phone won't fit my S23 Ultra in a UAG Monarch case. Please make bigger adapters.

@Argos_Online placed an order on Saturday, got an email saying it would be ready to collect on Sunday, it's now three days and no text to confirm its ready to collect. And the order in my account still says it hasn't been delivered and will arrive last Sunday.

@Argos_Online@ArgosHelpers I've tried that twice and it's a useless process. An actual human needs to check where the order is. On my account it still says it is due last Sunday. Something has gone wrong and a member of staff needs to look into it. An online bot can't do that.

@BankofScotBiz Cheers Lynne, but I think I made it clear that I'm not going to pay to call BOS to correct their own errors. You are, however, confirming my decision to move my business to @StarlingBank was the right one. I'll just keep throwing the statements in the bin.
@BankofScotBiz So you're saying I have to phone the premium rate phone number of a bank I no longer use to effectively pay them to ask them to stop sending statements from an account that no longer exists? Can you see why I left your bank? Can't I just emai the details to someone?

@BankofScotBiz Update, nothing you suggested worked, no help from the helpline. In the end I literally had to switch banks to Starling Bank. It's the best move I ever made, I just regret I didn't do it sooner.
@BankofScotBiz, As a Business Banking customer I have a card for my card reader which I don't think I registered when I got it. Mainly because I've used the app for years, didn't need the reader until I used it to log into the BOS Business app on a new phone, it locked the reader
After years with @virginmedia their broadband has become unusable. So when @ThreeUK gets their 5G broadband up to speed, I will be forced to switch to them. I suspect many will do the same with all the current service providers. It can't come soon enough.
