Watermead @parkrunUK #89 ran with my eldest today… Really warm and muggy. Luckily some of the paths were under tree shelter which helped. Still very hot 🥵 Kept a steady pace. Didn’t want to overdo it with a day in the sun planned… #running

WaterMead Country ⁦@parkrunUK⁩ #85 - mixed weather with sunshine, wind, rain and dark cloud cover. Started off slowly due to narrow start and got hemmed in. Strong finish helped me get close to the magic 25m time.

I joined another running club today for an evening run to see if I enjoyed it and it could fit into my weekly schedule. Very warm welcome and enjoyed running 25 mins out and back and met some new runners… lovely sunny evening. Great midweek boost of endorphins and Vic C
