Stop eating outside or only once in a month will be good for your health. Especially in India!

Visited doctor as the situation through the day was really tough

She asked me what’s the problem
Next question - What did you eat outside yesterday?

Her suggestion

- Don’t eat outside in evening in summers (even the food kept since morning will get stale easily)
- No paneer - very high adulteration everywhere
- Drink fluids, no bottled beverages (including coconut water)
- She suggested something important - In general, completely avoid bottled & powdered stuff (anything processed) - bottled beverages, powdered protein etc.

6 medicines, and another visit tomorrow.

2 days of pain, lost a working day & 2 Kgs weight and at verge of impacting my US travel. All due to some outside food
