SS06 ban on my device without any reason is ridiculous. I’ve emailed and reached out multiple times but got ZERO help. This is poor support and a complete waste of my time. Resolve this now or at least respond properly.

embarrassing how your system gives SS06 device bans to innocent users. I’ve emailed and tweeted multiple times with no response. This is wasting my time and causing loss. Fix this or take accountability.

Really disappointed with Snapchat. My device got banned with error SS06 for absolutely no reason. No clear explanation, no proper support. Users deserve transparency and fair treatment. Fix this.
