@vodafoneNZ Thank you very much for your response. I guess the issue is even phone calls not work. They drop very frequently so We might look at another provider. On a side note mentioning 3G coverage now when you guys promoting 5G so much is pointless. It’s very bad reception so plz check.

@vodafoneNZ please sort out very bad reception around Papatoetoe Central School. Unable to use the phone around here. This could be serious issues especially around school if there is an emergency. Thanks🙏

@JasonCParis It defeats the purpose of paying daily charge if we donna be charged per call and I was told when signed up that calls will be free back to NZ as my plan would just carry like I am in NZ.

@JasonCParis @vodafoneNZ Thank you very much Jason. It’s not the plan as I am on Extra Large Plan with companions and it’s eligible as told by store staff. Also it was not the country the phone was roaming in as it’s in the list of countries under the $7 a day scheme. I really appreciate your response.🙏

@JasonCParis Hi Jason, Just got out of vodafone store and seems like they don’t know exactly how your daily roaming works. If I am on eligible plan with calls to nz& au free and paying $7 a day while in India why am I being charged for calls made back to NZ. They thing it is ok.

@bernardchickey @IpsosMORI I can call 1000 people and they may totally differ. Its very small sample size. Also people including me do not look at themselves as we have to sacrifice a lot to buy own house but we don’t want to cut down on expenses. We want to go out and spend money, go travelling etc etc.
