In 2019, I was dreaming about transformers.

Years later, Apostle Emmanuel Iren handed me Greg McKeown's Essentialism before I became CEO of Celebration Church.

One sentence in that book reorganised how I work:
"You cannot do everything, and trying to do everything is not the sign of a serious person, it is the sign of a person who has not yet learned to choose."

We were taught that committed people carry more.
Essentialism argues that effective people choose better.

Subtraction, not addition, is what makes work great.

Explore broadly first. Specialize later.
