@USEmbassyAddis Tigray has been implementing the provisions of CoHA despite the expected mandates of the Government of Ethiopia remained intact. So far, second round of DDR has beeb fully discharged by the IRA, while the alleged concurrent withdrawal of Non-ENDF forces from Tigray is lacking.
