🔹 Forza Bitcoin Treasury – Providing financial strength and flexibility to support future opportunities.

🔹 Strategic Advisory – Expanding recurring revenue opportunities alongside potential investment returns.

What stands out to me is that Coinsilium is increasingly positioning itself as more than a Bitcoin treasury company.

It's building exposure across AI, prediction markets, decentralised infrastructure, tokenisation and venture building, while developing additional revenue streams.

There is still plenty to deliver, but with several projects approaching important milestones, the foundations for 2027 look increasingly interesting.

A few weeks ago I started posting about the $COIN.AQ / $CINGF "3-Layer Stack".

Today Coinsilium put it in an RNS. 👇

From the 20 Oct strategic update, in management's own words:

"Predictive Labs, Otomato and Yellow give Coinsilium exposure to information, execution and settlement capabilities… representing a vertical stack within the future agentic AI economy."

That's the thesis:

1⃣ INFORMATION: Nijinn (Predictive Labs)
Pulls fragmented prediction-market data into one place for traders, developers and AI agents. COIN holds 14.91%, with rights to go to 29.85%.

2⃣ EXECUTION: Otomato
Now past 5,000 users and backed by $2m from Improbable. COIN holds about 1.25% of the developer plus a token warrant.

3⃣ SETTLEMENT: Yellow Network
Live since March. COIN holds 50M $YELLOW tokens (vesting).

Underneath it all: a Bitcoin treasury held via @ForzaBitcoin, with up to 15% available for venture building.

🗳️ Nijinn goes into the US midterms

Predictive Labs has launched https://t.co/Fq6FkrnWKt, a Nijinn spin-off for the 3 November elections. It combines Polymarket and Kalshi order-book data on Senate, House and governor races into one liquidity-weighted probability per outcome, using Nijinn's TruthIndex™. It also ranks where the two venues disagree, a preview of the cross-venue analysis coming in Nijinn Pro.

It's been shared with close to 1,000 US journalists covering the midterms, with shareable graphics and live embeds for their articles. The plan is to repeat the format for other major elections and sporting events.
