@rpomumbai@DrSJaishankar@MEAIndia@passportsevamea Please help. Applied for Surrender Certificate online but was unable to make an online payment. Was told at RPO BKC, I could pay at counter. The fee was wrongly changed from Rs.500 to Rs.5000 towards fresh passport. Why???

@rpomumbai I have been to the RPO office twice already. As per my online application for ‘Surrender Certificate’ the fee is Rs.500 as I acquired foreign citizenship before 2010. The processing person changed it to Rs.5000 and it shows up for fresh passport. What is going on??
@qatarairways My bag was not loaded on my flight. Filled out form at the airport. Was told to call a baggage service number but the mail box is full. I traveled on an emergency and have enough of stress and now this!!!
