Junior Private Limited Director Noah Marima says servicing of the Munhumutapa Clipsham Remainder residential stands is expected to be completed by August 2026.
The project comprises 844 low-density and 865 medium-density residential stands.
Marima said Junior Construction is ahead of schedule after commencing work in November 2025 and is set to complete its portion of the project in less than a year. Marima was speaking during a tour of the project by Minister of Local Government and Public Works Daniel Garwe in Masvingo.
