At a time when the city is already struggling to have traffic move, I don’t know who thought this was a smart idea. Especially on a road that is utilized to get people to the gardener Expressway.

@cityoftoronto @MayorOliviaChow @oliviachow this bike lane pilot project on Peter Street is ridiculous. I’ve now been sitting at the same light at Peter and King for four lights because nobody can go anywhere. Congratulations on a an idea that just slows down traffic even more.

@cityoftoronto @MayorOliviaChow @oliviachow and we wonder why the city spends so much money? This road was torn up, paved just last week now being torn up again. Spadina and Bremner is ripped up, fixed and ripped up ever 3 weeks. So it right the first time!

@MayorOliviaChow @oliviachow what an epic fail. I don’t believe what the city is gonna be like during FIFA, considering that Spadina is bumper-to-bumper with people in intersections during a daytime Jays game. It’d be lovely to see some of that traffic control happening now!

Might be a good idea to have a special constable directing traffic at Lakeshore and Spadina when you decide to close two lanes without any warning. Traffic is backed up for blocks. Whatever happened to monitoring traffic???

@MayorOliviaChow @TPSOperations you need to have officers directing traffic at Spadina and Bremner again. The advanced green has been removed, people are trying to turn, left to the gardener expressway and right up Spadina. Pedestrians crossing, drivers getting nowhere.

@MayorOliviaChow we need to something about Spadina and Bremner. Now the construction there has traffic barely moving and lights are not being adjusted to accommodate traffic. Roads backed up past king street.

@oliviachow how is traffic still so insane down by the Rogers center??? Are the police even doing anything when they stand in an intersection? They’re obviously not adjusting to allow traffic to move. Please fix this!!!
