"Micro-dosing GLP-1" is largely a marketing term popularized by telehealth companies to differentiate their offerings and, in many cases, justify the use of compounded medications. For some business models, revenue is tied directly to dispensing compounded products, whereas prescribing FDA-approved medications often generates little or no medication-related revenue for the provider.
That doesn't mean every low-dose prescribing strategy lacks clinical rationale, but patients should understand that the term itself is primarily marketing language rather than a formally recognized medical treatment category.
The test Trump continues to brag about acing is a screening for dementia.
Here are some highlights from the “very hard test:”
> Name the animals in the pictures
> Draw a clock showing a specific time
> Copy a 3D cube drawing
> Connect numbered and lettered dots in alternating order
> Repeat back 5 words, then recall them 5 minutes later
> Count backward from 100 by 7s
> Repeat two sentences word for word
> Name as many words starting with a letter as you can in one minute
> Explain how two things are similar
> Say what today's date is and what city you're in

they 100% were going to do a massive raw milk media campaign but got talked out out of it by lawyers threatening slamdunk lawsuits, and they switched it to whole milk at the last minute as a compromise
Just got off the phone with @SecRubio
He informed me that Nicolás Maduro has been arrested by U.S. personnel to stand trial on criminal charges in the United States, and that the kinetic action we saw tonight was deployed to protect and defend those executing the arrest warrant
This action likely falls within the president’s inherent authority under Article II of the Constitution to protect U.S. personnel from an actual or imminent attack
Thank you, @SecRubio, for keeping me apprised

If ACIP wants to build public confidence, they must do better than this.
At the meeting, a “gotcha” question was put to the Pfizer representative about a single secondary endpoint from one Pfizer covid vaccine pregnancy trial—buried in table 26 on page 94 of a 2,102-page report with hundreds of tables and thousands of outcomes.
The post that followed insinuated that the randomized trial showed vaccine harm in the form of birth defects, while ignoring the basic fact that these defects occurred long before the women were vaccinated.
The trial protocol shows women were vaccinated at 24–34 weeks gestation (https://t.co/l03MrdBKOO)— well after most defects would have formed, typically at conception or during weeks 4–10.
The eight cases in the vaccine group (vs. two in placebo) are detailed in table 26, page 94 of this 2,102-page report (https://t.co/oOPtTkkP2l).
The birth defects for the Pfizer group are atrial septal defect (4–6 wks), congenital rubella syndrome (maternal infection, wks 4–10), DiGeorge syndrome (present at conception), microcephaly (early onset), mucopolysaccharidosis (genetic, at conception), polydactyly (4–8 wks), syndactyly (6–8 wks), and trisomy 21 (present from fertilization).
Why would the chair of ACIP make a public post implying that this trial showed significant vaccine harm, and suggest Pfizer was concealing results simply because they couldn’t provide a detailed answer on the spot at the meeting?
And why post this long afterward, when it was obvious from the protocol that these birth defects arose well before vaccination—a fact any national vaccine leader, especially the chair of ACIP, should recognize immediately?
If ACIP hopes to convince the public that it is serious about rigorous scientific evaluation, its leaders must rise above “gotcha” social media posts that misrepresent clinical trial results and risk feeding anti-vaccine narratives.
Why not just vaccinate high-risk babies? Because we miss too many cases:
1. Screening failures: 15% of U.S. mothers don’t get screened. Even when screened, false negatives occur (window period infections, lab errors)
2. Documentation gaps: Test results don’t always reach delivery hospitals. Women deliver at different facilities than where they received prenatal care
3. Non-maternal transmission: Babies get infected from household contacts, not just mothers. Dad, grandparents, caregivers can transmit HBV
4. Acute infections during pregnancy: Women can acquire HBV after screening but before delivery
Before universal vaccination, despite screening, we had 1,000+ preventable newborn infections annually. After universal birth dose? Near-elimination.
But here’s the critical point: Why not vaccinate all babies? The birth dose is incredibly safe - your own presentations today showed that. It works spectacularly well - 95% reduction in disease. There’s zero downside and massive upside.
Other countries with selective vaccination have 95-99% screening AND universal healthcare. We have 85% screening and fragmented care. This isn’t broken. Don’t fix it.

Paraphrasing a locked account I saw this quote tweeted on, but Trump is shilling his most unpopular piece of legislation of all time, and just bombed Iran (also widely hated). Dem leadership spending any amount of time smearing Zohran right now tells you all you need to know
