@AirtelNigeria your internet didn't work in my area in Surulere for a whole 9 days and your customer care lady confirmed it affected other people too in that area and would push for an extension. How do you reconcile that because your customer care are not answering me again?
@IkejaElectric@jidesanwoolu IE has had us out of light for days in Oluwalogbon street Ikosi Ketu and, while other street within the same locality has light. Our children are suffering heat & under extreme duress. Our foods are going bad & hunger is looming. Please do something. Summon IE
@IkejaElectric Why the evil work ethics in this your organization? No communication of any fault or repairs. You just enjoy losing money because if you're wise and working to really generate revenue for your monopolized business, you'll know when prepaid meter are not in use, you're losing money
@IkejaElectric Do you ever consider your customer as stakeholders?Because why is there no light in Oluwalogbon street, Ikosi Ketu for days without any explanation & within the same Ikosi some street have more than 12 hours light daily. Our children are having heat rash, foods are going bad, WHY
@ieServe Please what's going on with our light at Ikosi, Oluwalogbon. It's becoming annoying. How can't we boast of 3 hours light in 48 hours?Make it make sense for an area that is fully prepaid meter users. For more than 2 weeks now, we've been on this epileptic pattern of light
@IkejaElectric Please I need explanation because u're giving me mental stress with this no light on my street, when two streets away from me in the same Ikosi have light.
Can you help me understand why Oluwalogbon street in Ikosi,Ketu have had epileptic power supply since January
Please, let's know if there's an issue. With all that's going on in the country, you are adding me hearing people living within the same community with me telling me they've had light for days,it was faulty, they fixed it same day...while I have consistently sleepless nights...Why
@IkejaElectric From what I know, my estate, all houses on Oluwalogbon street are fully on prepaid meter.I can see the transformer stationed at Dairo junction is functional...So I really want to understand the problem?Like you people don't want to generate revenue from that street?
@thegarrick_ @tosinolaseinde Breathe in, breathe out, you'll spend the money & will be alrightπ€£π€£π€£. Leverage your CFi guys in photography. That's what I did, it helped. Don't underestimate the power of discounts through relationship. E dey reduce BPπ. Congratulations π₯
