What benefits are citizens entitled to in this commercially-driven and profit-maximisation government? Public governance is not about profit making but optimal service delivery to the citizens, who are the taxpayers funding the govt and electorates empowering elected officials.

@gtbank Ojodu branch seriously needs to do better. The customer service area is densely crowded and the AC seems not to be functioning. The service is also slow, imagine being on queue for 45 mins with no fresh air. I dread coming here.
